The group trips are the most fun. Your host will take care of all the details so that you can enjoy the things you want to do. The experienced group leaders are there to help only when you need assistance; they are available anytime, day or night. They will act as an intermediary between you and the hotel, airline, or dive operation. They will organize group dinners, parties and other activities to encourage group camaraderie.
If you would rather do your own thing, go for it; this is your vacation! ascubadiving wants you to have the best experience possible. You will enjoy world class diving, stay in the best places, and meet many new friends.
If group travel doesn’t appeal to you, allow our travel experts to help you plan the perfect vacation getaway. Our staff has extensive knowledge and experience with the world’s top diving destinations which allows them to create a unique and memorable vacation for you!
Land Cost: ascubadiving and its cooperative destination incur unrecoverable charges preparing for your trip, therefore monies cannot be refunded if cancellations occur less than 60 days before departure. If cancellations occur greater than 60 days prior to departure, you will forfeit your deposit. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended and prevents complete loss of money.
Airfare Cost: Airline tickets are generally non-refundable. Refunds for unused plane tickets are in accordance with the terms of the respective carriers and will be subject to a $50 handling fee. Changes to airline schedules and routing are at the sole discretion of the airline; ascuabdiving cannot be held accountable for these changes. We will do our very best to work with the respective airlines to re-secure air travel and offer the best possible protection available. Any cost incurred that are not covered by the airlines would be the responsibility of the traveler. Again, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Cancellation Note: Unfortunately, we cannot deviate from our stated cancellation policy regardless of your situation. We recommend that you buy trip cancellation insurance immediately upon booking your trip.
